Common questions
- Where are my documents? Your canonical copy lives wherever you chose to save it — your Google Drive, your Dropbox, or a folder on your own computer. Storskarvia keeps only a working copy to run the editor and checks. See the Help guide for the exact file paths.
- How do I connect or disconnect cloud storage? Open a document, click the storage indicator, and choose a provider; disconnect any time from your Account page.
- How do I revoke Storskarvia's access to Google Drive? From your Account page, or directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
- How do I delete my data or close my account? Delete a document to remove its working copy, or use Delete account on your Account page to erase your account and its data. Files already saved to your own storage stay yours.
Billing
If you can sign in, manage everything from your Account page — card, invoices, plan, and cancellation.
If you can't sign in but you're still being charged, go straight to the billing portal. It emails a code to the address on the subscription, so it works without your Storskarvia password. From there you can update your card, download invoices, or cancel.
Charges appear on your statement as STORSKARVIA. The billing portal is operated by Stripe on behalf of Aristocratix, LLC, which is the company behind Storskarvia — that name on a receipt or in the portal is expected, not a mistake.
